Earth Alive develops, manufactures and sells, high performance products that help our clients replace many of the harmful and environmentally destructive chemicals they use in a variety of daily applications.

At Earth Alive, we believe that our patented clean technologies must stand on three fundamental pillars:
 

• Be 100% truly green, and the most environmentally responsible products available, with no harmful effects on humans, animals, plant life, water sources, and the environment at large;
• Perform as well, or better, than traditional harmful chemicals;
• Be equivalent in cost, or lower, than traditional harmful chemicals.

Our History

Earth Alive Clean Technologies was founded in 1997.
 

Through years of R&D, Earth Alive first developed a soil activator to replace toxic chemicals used in agriculture with a powerful, all-natural, 100% safe product. From the start, environmental concerns were decisive in driving the company forward.
 

Scientists had already identified many species and strains of natural and beneficial microbes. But few had developed the technology for real-world applications. It was a question of unlocking these microbes’ immense power.
 

The missing link was an effective “carrier” to keep microbes alive and thriving until they got to work. Most other microbial products don’t work at peak efficiency because their carriers don’t provide proper nourishment. By the time microbes are deployed, they are already weak and soon perish.
 

Earth Alive knew that with a powerful organic carrier, microbes could perform an astounding range of tasks in commercial and industrial settings. They knew microbes could do it better, and more safely, than hazardous chemicals. And they knew that microbial products were 100% safe for humans, animals, and the environment.
 

The breakthrough came when Earth Alive discovered its natural, tree-based surfactant. The same ingredient that makes trees such awe-inspiring monuments of power and strength is the key to our patented surfactant. The ingredient behind the vital energy of trees is the base of a recipe to a product so versatile and powerful, it could only be made by harnessing nature’s force.
 

Earth Alive is a Canadian "Clean Tech" company held privately by CEO David Gilmour. Earth Alive has offices in Canada and France, and representation through distributors in Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.
